-What you can expect when we call you...

We will have two quotes that we will submit to the email you provided. The first quote will have the service(s) that you requested. The Second Quote will have most of the other services we offer and you can keep this for your records for any need of any of the services in the future. There is no obligation or any action required for the second Quote. 

-How are you able to provide me a Quote without coming out to my property?

We are able to pull up your property up online via realter website google earth Zillow, ext. We can get a 360 view all around outside and the inside. This saves you time from scheduling us to come out and allows us to provide you lower pricing. 

If you would like to speak with someone sooner than later, please call (509) 319-7757, if we are unable to answer we are currently helping another customer or you have reached us after hours. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  We will get back to you within 24 hours from the time you summit a contact form. We will leave three voicemails on three separate days if you not answer and then we will take you off of our follow up list and wait for you to call us if we can not reach you.
